1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the maen55 platform — whether via the website at maen55.com or our official mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the maen55 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those revised terms.

2Member Eligibility

To use maen55 services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• A citizen or resident not legally prohibited from accessing online entertainment platforms.
• Registering on your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the maen55 platform for any breach of terms.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program on any online entertainment platform.

3Registration & Account Management

Each maen55 member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and valid email address.
• Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential at all times.
• Updating your profile information whenever any changes occur to your personal details.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and compliance purposes, maen55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from members at any stage. This includes a copy of your national ID (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Maen55 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes depending on the payment method used.
• Maen55 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activities on the maen55 platform and may not be transferred directly to other users.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 business hours. Most requests via DuitNow and e-wallets are processed within a few hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name. maen55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Maen55 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, especially for large amounts.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by maen55 are subject to specific terms stated in each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash; they must first fulfil the specified wagering requirements.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Maen55 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if there are signs of abuse.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically between 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type; refer to the respective promotions page for more details.

6Game Rules

All games available on the maen55 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by anyone.

• Game results displayed on your screen are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during a game session, maen55 will use system records to determine a fair outcome based on the game status at the moment of the disruption.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain is a serious violation of these terms.

7Prohibited User Conduct

All maen55 members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and in good standing while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of credit cards, bank accounts, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Any money laundering activity or illicit financing conducted through the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt maen55's systems and infrastructure.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
• Use of VPN or identity-masking software to access the platform from restricted regions.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Maen55 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Member-initiated request to close their account.

For account closures requested by members, valid remaining balances (after deducting any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 3–7 business days.

9Liability Limits

Maen55 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service or telecommunications infrastructure outages beyond maen55's control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized platform access by a third party due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Inaccuracies or omissions in information provided by third parties integrated with our platform.
• Temporary technical disruptions beyond maen55's reasonable control.

Under no circumstances shall maen55's maximum total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Maen55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the official maen55 website. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and any disputes arising will be resolved through mutually agreed channels. By continuing to use the maen55 platform after any amendments, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
